About Hannaa

If you feel low, lonely, anxious, stressed, angry, or simply want to talk to a professional, I am here for you. Since 2015, I have been offering safe, confidential, and compassionate therapy, creating a space where you can feel heard, supported, and free to explore what is on your mind.
My approach is integrative, which means I draw from a wide range of therapeutic modalities and tailor the therapy to your individual needs, personality, and goals. I believe that every person’s experience is unique, and that therapy should reflect your individual circumstances, culture, identity, and way of understanding the world.
Growing up between Europe and Africa sparked my passion for learning about different cultures and perspectives. Over the past 20 years, I have travelled, studied, and worked in a number of countries, experiences that have deeply shaped my understanding of cultural diversity and the many ways people experience life, relationships, and themselves.
I offer online and in-person sessions in English, German, and Arabic. In our sessions, I focus on creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can reflect, explore freely, and feel genuinely heard and supported. Therapy can help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, find meaning, work through difficult emotions or experiences, or simply have a space where you can share your inner thoughts and feelings within a trusting therapeutic relationship.
I also offer professional clinical supervision for individuals and groups. Payment: Sessions are available on a private-pay basis only, with fees offered on a sliding scale depending on your individual circumstances. I do not work with statutory or private health insurance.
Growing up between Europe and Africa, I developed a passion towards learning about cultures that led me to 20 years of travelling, studying & working in a number of countries. I offer online & in-person sessions in English, German & Arabic, and value the uniqueness of each person's experience, culture and identity. In the therapy sessions, I focus on the importance of creating a space for you to reflect and explore freely while feeling heard and supported. This can help you go deeper within yourself and find meaning or simply support you to share your inner thoughts and feelings in the therapeutic relationship. I also offer supervision.
